AI competitors are trying to capitalize on WiseTech customers’ anger over price increases

WiseTech Global is facing a challenge from new artificial intelligence-based rivals who claim they can undercut its software fees, as the ASX giant battles angry customers over price increases of up to 30 per cent.

Customers flooded WiseTech’s help desk, social media and industry associations with complaints this week after the company moved 95 percent of its users to new product packages with artificial intelligence features.
