Cloudian’s cloud-native HyperStore object storage has been validated to work with Microsoft’s Azure Stack HCI as an on-premises storage element.

In June, Cloudian introduced that it was validated by Amazon to run with its on-premises AWS Outposts methods, providing quick and native object storage. Outposts is Amazon’s model for cloud-like on-premises AWS methods. Now now we have the corresponding Azure Stack HCI announcement.

Azure Stack HCI is Microsoft’s Azure public cloud Hyper-V and HCI cloud stack software program deployed on third-party Microsoft associate {hardware}. The software program was launched in 2019 as an evolution of Home windows Server Software program-Outlined (WSSD) choices beforehand out there from Microsoft’s {hardware} companions. Native storage is required, and Cloudian says its object storage meets information residency and latency necessities.
