While Facebook and Apple argue Regarding the cons and advantages of online advertising, more and more of us are getting around the problem by blocking ads entirely. The use of ad blocking software like web browsers is increasing, especially on smartphones, according to a study published on Monday.

The number of people using ad blockers has largely remained unchanged on PCs. By the end of 2020, 257 million people will use it every month.
