Former PwC employee Donald King has issued a dire warning for workers who are yet to use artificial intelligence.
“If you’re not using AI, you should be worried. You should definitely be worried,” he told 7.30.
“It’s really: adopt the AI or die.“
Mr. King worked at the forefront of AI as an associate consultant in the United States between 2021 and 2024 during his time at PwC, one of the largest consulting firms in the world.
He says he was part of the company’s “AI Factory,” which focused on developing autonomous agents for enterprises.

“It was kind of like a young college graduate’s dream job,” he told 7.30.
“We work directly with OpenAI, the hottest technology around, and work with the largest customers.”
“I was very happy to be there.
“But that changed when I got into the weeds and really understood what we were doing.”
He says his team’s goal is to at least… automate.
