London | Accenture has begun monitoring employees’ use of its AI tools in top-level promotion decisions, as consulting firms push reluctant employees to adopt the technology.
The Dublin-based company told deputy directors and senior managers that promotion to senior positions would require “regular adoption” of AI, according to people familiar with the matter and an internal email seen by the company Financial Times.
