The partnership will see Cisco becoming a partner of the Indycar Series and IMS, utilizing the technology company’s solutions to enhance infrastructure, wireless connectivity, cloud management, and digital security for both properties. Additionally, Cisco will serve as the presenting partner for the IndyCar Series Business Hub’s on-site hospitality at various events, including the upcoming 108th running of the Indianapolis 500 on May 26.

Ashley Marusak, the global sports marketing leader at Cisco, expressed delight in building on their existing relationship with the Penske Entertainment portfolio and offering Cisco technology solutions to meet the demands of their world-class properties. Penske Entertainment President and CEO, Mark Miles, looks forward to enhancing fan experiences by leveraging each other’s strengths through this partnership.

In addition to the Cisco partnership, Penske Entertainment recently renewed its partnership with vehicle protection firm Sonsio to sponsor the annual Indianapolis Grand Prix, the lead-up event to the Indianapolis 500. Sonsio first sponsored the 2024 race in November and will continue this partnership for at least the 2025 edition.

This collaboration between Penske Entertainment, Cisco, and Sonsio highlights the commitment to enhancing the fan experience and advancing the technology infrastructure of the Indycar Series and IMS properties.
