Independent report on 2023 Optus outage handed to Federal Government

An independent report into last year’s Optus network outage that left millions of Australians without phone and internet services has been handed to the Federal Government.

The findings of the review have not been publicly released but the Albanese Government says it makes recommendations “aimed at ensuring the telco industry learns from this outage”.
