AWS Australia has recently received certification from Great Place To Work® for the year 2024, based on the positive feedback from its employees. The Trust Index survey conducted by Great Place To Work® involved 800 AWS employees responding to 60 statements and two open-ended questions to assess individual employee experiences within the company culture. The survey results indicated a high level of trust in the organization, reflecting clear and honest leadership, fair treatment, and employee recognition.
