This acquisition will enhance IBM ConsultingSAS’ ability to provide UK defence customers with specialized skills in defense digital, cyber, and cloud solutions. SiXworks, founded in 2017 and based in Farnborough, England, is known for its secure digital solutions consulting, focusing on end-to-end digital transformation processes. By joining IBM Consulting, SiXworks will contribute to IBM’s commitment to serving public sector clients, building on IBM’s existing digital transformation partnerships with the US federal government. This acquisition will enable IBM to expand its cyber security, data, and AI offerings in the UK and support end-to-end transformation for defense sector clients.
