HCL Technology and IBM have partnered to establish a Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI CoE) based on the IBM Watsonx platform. The CoE will be located in HCLTech’s AI and Cloud Native labs in Noida, London, New Jersey, and Santa Clara, aiming to help businesses modernize legacy applications, develop IT service management use cases, reduce coding complexity, and improve skills development on the Watsonx platform. One of the main goals of the collaboration is to train 10,000 engineers and architects on IBM’s AI technologies, specifically Watsonx.
