Martin is the Executive Vice President of Cisco’s Common Hardware Group, overseeing the development and delivery of critical components for various Cisco portfolios. With a career marked by experience in networking and AI, he previously held leadership roles at Microsoft and Cadence Design Systems.
Martin’s career began at Intel and Case Technology before moving to Broadcom, where he led the network switch business to billion-dollar success. He then joined Microsoft, overseeing innovative Azure solutions before joining Cisco in 2024.
Outside of work, Martin is passionate about travel and making a positive impact, supporting wildlife conservation and advocating for equal education for children with learning disabilities.
