THE DETAILS The collaboration will support Estée Lauder’s Unified Data Platform, connecting information across brands, markets and business functions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The partnership will focus on three areas: consumer engagement, AI-powered business intelligence and workplace automation. The company is also developing connected workflows across product design, validation and manufacturing to accelerate innovation. Microsoft Copilot has already been deployed to more than 14,000 office-based employees globally, supporting productivity and the automation of routine tasks. The initiative forms part of Estée Lauder’s Beauty Reimagined transformation strategy.
