According to Johnson, partners also help build the skills and confidence teams need to work this way, enabling customers to get more from existing investments and prepare for evolving AI workloads.

“At Cisco, this means helping partners support customers through platforms such as Meraki Dashboard, Catalyst Centre and Nexus Dashboard,” he said.
