Cloudflare released Clef, a pair of open-weight decision models (27B and 9B parameters) that let AI agents pick their next action without generating full text responses. It arrives days after OpenAI’s Decisions API and Amazon’s Strands Decider 2B, making Cloudflare the only one of the three giving away full model weights under Apache 2.0.
