Google introduced Health Guardian with its Pixel Watch 5 in August, but the company warned us that the first reports won’t land until October. That’s because these are monthly reports, and a full month of collected data was necessary before Google could issue a health verdict.
October is here and as announced last week, the first Health Guardian reports are out. I found mine in the Google Health app when I opened it this morning, and my partner, who’s wearing a Pixel Watch 3, also got his.
So it’s fair to say that Google is rolling these out now, as it had promised, to all Fitbit Air, Pixel Watch 3, Watch 4, and Watch 5 owners. The caveat is that you had to have been wearing your smartwatch or band for the whole (or most of the) month of September.
