IBM’s UK firm has announced the acquisition of cybersecurity consultancy Logiq Consulting, for an undisclosed fee. The move boosts IBM’s expertise in highly regulated environments, with Logiq Consulting working in the UK defence industry, UK critical national infrastructure, and the wider public sector.
