Telefónica Tech and IBM have partnered to implement SHARK.X, an open, hybrid, and multi-cloud platform focused on analytics, data management, and AI. This collaboration aims to develop customer pilots through a use case office and promote training and education for digital transformation projects in the business sector and public administration. The companies recognize the increasing demand for AI solutions and plan to leverage their expertise to drive innovation and technological advancement. The platform will incorporate various IBM technologies, such as IBM Cloud Pak for Data and Watsonx AI and Data platform, to enable data collection, organization, analysis, and governance. Additionally, Telefónica Tech will provide professional services to integrate the solution into clients’ environments and develop AI use cases tailored to their needs.
