Lloyds Banking Group and Microsoft have announced a new multi-year agreement that will help deliver simpler, faster and more personalised banking for the Group’s 28 million customers, powered by the next generation of agentic AI.
Lloyds Banking Group is one of the first UK banks to deploy Microsoft 365 E7: ‘The AI Frontier Suite’ company-wide. The suite unifies Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent 365 into a single solution powered by Work IQ, and augmented with Microsoft Entra Suite, and advanced Defender, Intune and Purview security capabilities.
This gives Lloyds Banking Group the foundation to scale agentic AI safely across the bank within its established security, identity and governance framework.
