Insurance Australia Group (IAG) uses three different methods to embed artificial intelligence across its operations and has had 92 production instances of generative AI to date.
The insurer – home to brands such as NRMA, RACV and RACQ – used its investor day on Tuesday to provide a detailed overview of its core transformation and opportunities to build on this foundation.
According to CEO and Managing Director Nick Hawkins, the three methods IAG uses to incorporate AI into its operations are Deploy, Shape and Compose.
