An artificial intelligence startup that says it can replicate the work of in-house legal teams has raised nearly $100 million in funding.

Founded three years ago in Sydney by Kunal Vankadar and his college friend Liam King, Haast is the latest AI challenger for the legal industry. The company offers technology that claims it can identify legal risks to a marketing campaign in minutes, eliminating the need for lengthy manual approval processes.
