As the scope of AI capabilities increases exponentially, the current governance gap is becoming a crisis. That has to change. Governments have the power to change it – in the interests of their people.
We join together as a diverse group of AI leaders, Nobel Prize winners, and former presidents and prime ministers to honor this pivotal moment for the world. AI innovations have the potential to bring major benefits in healthcare, education, agriculture and elsewhere. But the damage is already visible and is increasing rapidly.
