Hewlett Packard Enterprise reported better-than-expected first-quarter results for fiscal 2026 as growing demand for AI networking and the addition of Juniper Networks drove triple-digit growth in HPE’s networking business.

The Houston-based infrastructure provider reported $9.3 billion in revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31, an 18% year-over-year increase. The company also expanded margins and generated stronger cash flow, helping to improve parts of its outlook for the fiscal year.

Antonio Neri, CEO of HPE, said the results reflect strong demand across HPE’s infrastructure portfolio as companies continue to expand AI and cloud deployments. “Our first quarter results reflect our new combination of network innovation and effective operational discipline in a dynamic commodity supply environment,” Neri said in a statement. “Demand for our products and solutions was strong, with orders increasing by double digits year-over-year across all segments.”
