Tesla CEO Elon Musk has responded to a social media post showing what appears to be a document related to a computer aptitude test he took as a teenager. The image circulating online shows a letter from University of Pretoria dated May 17, 1989. The document states that aptitude tests were conducted on Musk for computer programming. According to the letter, the results listed grades of A+ for operating and A+ for programming. The letter is signed by J. L. M. Wiechers, identified as Director of Information Management at the University of Pretoria. The post claimed the test results were unusually high and required re-evaluation. “Result of @elonmusk’s programming test when he was 17.
