INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita announced eligible Hoosiers can start taking steps to get their share of approximately $10.5 million coming to Indiana consumers as part of a $700 million national settlement with Google.

The attorneys general from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands sued Google over alleged monopolization of content on the Google Play Store.

The lawsuit alleges customers using the Google Play Store between Aug. 16, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2023, paid more for their apps, and Google violated federal and state antitrust and consumer protection laws, according to the settlement website.
