After successfully transitioning from a struggling manufacturing industry in the 2010s, Geelong is now back at the forefront, preparing for the impact of AI on 21st century jobs.

New research shows the potential impact on jobs disruption and productivity gains from adopting artificial intelligence across all industries, and how this could impact local property markets.

Modeling created by SuburbTrends data scientist Kent Lardner placed Geelong in the top 10 urban regions where around 32,000 jobs are potentially at risk from AI.
