Veteran dealmaker David Di Pilla has replaced the chief executive of his company’s data center developer REIT DigiCo Infrastructure with a former AirTrunk heavyweight who has been tasked with reviving its underperforming share price, which has slumped despite the artificial intelligence boom.
Michael Juniper, who served as deputy chief executive during AirTrunk’s $24 billion sale to Blackstone, will replace outgoing DigiCo boss Chris Maher. Juniper joined the board of Di Pilla’s HMC Digital Infrastructure group in September and will now take the helm, while Maher takes on a government relations role across the group.
