Founded by India-origin entrepreneur Aravind Srinivas, Perplexity AI is often described as an ‘answer engine’ and the company has positioned itself as a competition to OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google Gemini. With the backing from Ronaldo, the company aims to combine AI innovation with global cultural influence. Perplexity founder Srinivas took to social media platform Instagram to announce the new of Ronaldo investing in the company.
