New York/London | Top consulting firms have frozen their starting salaries for the third consecutive day as artificial intelligence begins to reshape the industry, forcing companies to rethink their traditional “pyramid” structure.

Job listings for 2026 from firms including McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group show graduate salaries remaining at the same level as this year, according to Management Consulted, which guides students through the interview process, and people familiar with the offers.
