Oracle Corporation has added longtime healthcare and technology executive Stephen Rusckowski to its board, expanding the board to 14 members as the company further strengthens its leadership position at a time of significant growth in cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications and healthcare technology. The election took effect on November 18, 2025.
Rusckowski previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Quest Diagnostics from 2012 to 2022 and as its Chairman from 2017 to March 2023. Before joining Quest, he was Chief Executive Officer of Philips Healthcare and a member of the Board of Royal Philips Electronics. He currently sits on the board of Qiagen NV and serves as a director of Baxter International.
