Australian 7-Eleven has re-platformed its SAP environment onto Azure. It has been stated that this is a part of a new transformation project that will improve the performance of 7-Eleven stores.
7-Eleven also looks for news to improve their e-commerce capabilities. They are mostly using Adobe stack. General Manager of strategy and technology Stephen Eyears said that new, innovative systems will be activated soon.
“The convenience customer now, but even more so by 2030, expects brands to provide digital channels which complement the physical retail experience. Our technology ambition is all about making our customers’ lives easier by providing products and services when, where and how they want them.”
For a long time, 7-Eleven has been using SAP and now the time has come for some upgrades to take place.
