2. CoSN Aggregated Cybersecurity Resources

Most of the Consortium for School Networking’s cybersecurity offerings—including games, videos, and toolkits—are consolidated into one webpage for easy access and sharing by K-12 IT decision makers. These resources can help build a better understanding of cybersecurity and provide IT leaders with a starting point for implementing new security practices in their districts.

Additionally, tools are broken down to guide schools based on district needs. There are pages on cybersecurity alignment, planning, implementation and prevention and response. Each represents a phase of the cybersecurity journey.

3. CoSN Seal of Trusted Learning Environment

In addition to its cybersecurity resources for schools, CoSN also has a framework built specifically around privacy practices in K-12 institutions. The Trusted Learning Environment Seal is awarded to schools that exemplify strong protections for student privacy.
