2024 TALENTA Accelerator Program Launched by Amazon Web Services in Collaboration with USAID

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and managed IT services provider Elitery launched the Accelerator Program TALENT by 2024 in Indonesia. This initiative aims to support early-stage technology startups in education, healthcare, agribusiness, governance, and smart cities by providing resources to access venture capital. The program addresses the challenges of digital transformation and prepares startups for the increasing digitalization in Indonesia.

Indonesia has seen a rise in Internet connectivity and digital platform usage, transforming the economic and social landscape of the country. TALENTA Accelerator 2024 assists small and medium-sized businesses in adapting to the digital shift and contributes to the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy. At the launch event, 35 startup representatives from healthcare, agribusiness, and education sectors participated. Holy Sie, an alumnus of the TALENTA Accelerator program and founder of MomWork, shared how the program helped her refine business strategies and allocate resources more efficiently, leading to business growth. TALENTA Accelerator 2024 offers participants access to AWS cloud technology and industry leadership guidance to enhance innovation and competitiveness. The program includes online and in-person sessions, workshops, and coaching to help startups present their business models to investors, secure funding, and form strategic partnerships.
