Japan faced driver’s license issuance interruptions in four prefectures, leading to an emergency transition to unaffected systems.
Both Citrix and Sophos are working on resolving the leap year issues to prevent future disruptions, emphasizing the importance of preparing for leap year bugs in computer systems.
