166-unit Milagro on Oracle public housing development opens in Tucson

Tucson Mayor Regina Romero and members of the Tucson City Council joined with state officials, city employees, local developers and homeless advocates last week to cut a bright yellow ribbon at Milagro on Oracle, a new 166-unit housing complex on Tucson’s Northwest Side.
